    Greetings,

    Asharqia Chamber extends its warmest greetings to you and informs you of receiving a letter from the Saudi Chambers Union, number (45503019), dated (5/7/1445 AH). The letter refers to letter number (45501521), dated 2 Rabi' Thani 1445 AH, addressing the provision of the Saudi Chambers Union with the private sector's views on the procedures and requirements for tax warehouses and the postponement of value-added tax collection. It also addresses the challenges and solutions.

    A comprehensive workshop was held with experts from the private sector on 9 Rabi' Thani 1445 AH, aiming to clarify the concept of tax warehouses, postpone the collection procedures, requirements, and identify challenges and solutions. The workshop received approval and satisfaction from the attendees regarding the procedures and requirements. No challenges related to tax warehouse procedures, requirements, and the postponement of value-added tax collection were identified.

    Therefore, the Union kindly requests interested parties and those affiliated with companies and private sector institutions to review the procedures and requirements for tax warehouses and the postponement of value-added tax collection through the following link or by scanning the QR code below (http://go.ac.sa/7bt). These procedures are currently applicable to the private sector by the Zakat, Tax, and Customs Authority.​
